Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before registering as a tutor.

1. Registration to be a tutor with Max Tuition is free.

2. Upon successful match, Max Tuition will collect 50% of the first month tuition fee as commission. The parents will pay the remaining 50% of the fee to you. Subsequently, you will receive 100% of the tuition fee.

3. You are not allowed to change tuition rates for the first month.

4. Should your service be terminated by the parents or you are unable to continue before the first month, you will only be paid 50% of the fee for lessons you have conducted. (The other 50% will be paid to Max Tuition.)

In an event you are unable to attend your first lesson, you are required to give Max Tuition a prior notice of least 48 hours beforehand.

5. You are required to bring the required certifications for verification during the first lesson.

6. The information you provided will be kept in strict confidentiality.

7. Max Tuition reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions agreement.
