To request for a tutor, simply fill up this request form after you have accepted the Terms and Conditions. Max Tuition coordinators will get back to you within 1 business day.

Terms and Conditions
Max Tuition Agreement
Registration for private tutor through Max Tuition is free of charge to our customers (parents and students).
Max Tuition provides referral for tuition services to our customers.
1. Agreement
While every attempt has been made possible to ensure that the tutor assigned is to be suitable, Max Tuition does not guarantee to be error-free.
The information you provided will be kept in strict confidentiality.
2. Location
Tuition sessions will be conducted at customers’ apartment unless otherwise stated..
3. First Lesson
On the first lesson, you are required to check the tutor’s qualifications, credentials.
4. Change of Tutor
If you are not satisfied with the tutor, you are allowed to request for a change of tutor.
Should you terminate the service of the tutor, within the first month, you will pay 50% of the fees for lessons conducted to Max Tuition and 50% to the tutor.
5. Tuition Fee
Tuition rates are not allowed to be changed or negotiable within the first month by the tutor.
Should you require a change of tutor, rates may be re-negotiated.
Into the end of 2nd week, Max Tuition will collect a 50% commission from the first month’s tuition fee from customers.
(Ie, Max Tuition will collect the commission after 4th lesson in a 8 sessions per month assignment).
You will pay the remaining 50% of tuition fee to the tutor upon complete of one month’s lesson.
Max Tuition will collect the commission from your house unless otherwise arranged.
